On Stanmore’s third offering,‘A Ballad for Jennie’, their singer Matt Cooper laments his inability to write classic Bon Jovi-Esque MOR balladry via a song that is anything but. We’re very happy about that because this is another example of what Stanmore do best, energetic, joyous and hook-laden pop music.

Although this is their most straight-ahead rock and roll effort to date it really does make you want to witness this done live.

As luck would have it, Stanmore will make their full live debut in May 2024.
